TACLOBAN CITY, Leyte, June 10 (PIA) –-The Philippine government through the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) has recognized the commitment of the Korean government for their invaluable support and assistance to the rehabilitation program in Yolanda affected areas in Leyte.
More than 200 members of the Republic of Korea Armed Forces Joint Support Group (ARAW troop) led by Col. Lee Chulwon were given recognition last Tuesday during the Bakas Parangal Awarding Ceremony held at ROKAF headquarters, Government Center, Brgy. Candahug, Palo, Leyte.
